**HOW DO I REGISTER FOR YOUR EVENTS?**Registering is straightforward! Once you find an event you'd like to attend, simply click on the registration link. The deadline for registration is two weeks before each event.You can complete the entry form online. Be sure to print your confirmation for your records. After registering, you'll receive an instant confirmation, followed by a receipt for your records. One week before each event, we will send you a comprehensive event packet via email, which includes all necessary forms such as Event Release Forms, Event Line-up, Location, and General Information.

 

**WHAT ARE THE AGE CATEGORIES FOR EACH DIVISION?**- Tiny - (Ages 2-4)- Mini Mascots – (Ages 3-5)- Mascots – (Ages 6-8)- Elementary – (Ages 9-11)- Junior High – (Ages 12-13)- High School – (Ages 14-18)- College/Adult (18+)(Age categories are based on the average age of participants. Once you register online, our system will automatically assign you to the appropriate division based on the birthdates provided.)

 

**HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?**You can make payments securely online using a credit card. Payments are considered late two weeks prior to the event. We accept cash, school checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or Visa/MasterCard. If you miss the deadline, please contact our office or email us. Note that refunds are not available.

 

**DO ADVISORS AND COACHES NEED TO PAY TO ENTER AN EVENT?**We offer free admission to two Director or Coach per Team/Studio/Gym. Additional Directors or Coaches will be charged the standard spectator fee. No exceptions.

 

**CAN WE RECORD OUR ROUTINE?**Yes, you are allowed to film your own routine. However, filming routines that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited.

 

**WHAT TYPE OF CHEER FLOOR DO YOU PROVIDE?**Our standard competition cheer floor is a carpet-bonded surface spring floor measuring 42' x 54' (9 rolls).

 

**WHEN WILL I RECEIVE EVENT INFORMATION?**The event schedule, forms, and general information will be emailed to Directors/Coaches one week before the event. Please ensure your email address is accurate when completing the online registration form so that we can send the information to the correct address.

 

**HOW CAN I GET DIRECTIONS TO THE EVENT LOCATIONS?**Event addresses will be listed on the schedule.

 

 

**WHAT ARE YOUR PRICING DETAILS?**After creating an account through our online registration portal, you'll have access to pricing for all events.
